I’m going to start eating healthier foods and taking better care of myself. I want to get back into shape and feel more confident in myself. I’ve started by drinking water at all times unless eating out, when I will have the occasional Bud Light or mixed drink. Also, giving up burgers for chicken sandwiches. And I will eat more salads. I just feel that I’ve kinda let myself go since I finished school, and it’s time to bring myself back up to par. With encouragement from my friend Jessica, I will also be purchasing sometime of work out program that I can do on a regular basis. Once we move I am also going to stuff jogging at least twice a week. These are a lot of promises that I intend to work at until I can be confident and feel healthy again. Who knows maybe I’ll even look better than before. Mostly, I need to find out some back exercises I can do to strengthen my back. I’m not sure what I’m going to have to do, but I’ve decided to see an orthopedic about my scoliosis. My back has been hurting really bad lately and I have to take medicine just to get through the day. I’ll probably end up having surgery which scares the shit out of me. But I think if I want a healthy future in which I will be able to have children, and continue walking into old age, I need to take care of this now. Luckily, I was smart getting my tattoo to the side of my back, cuz I’m pretty sure they will cut me right do the spine. Guhhhh, this is gonna suck, but it’s time to take care of all of my problems.
Packing up everything and moving again. Thank goodness this house is more permanent and I can FINALLY unpack EVERYTHING and get settled in. I can’t wait to actually hang pictures on the walls and decorate :D I can make it home! And we are on 3 acres which is really nice and we won’t be on such a busy road. So excited! Lots of packing to do, so here we go. :)
